In this talk given at the Olympic Museum for Swiss Marketing Vaud, I revisit the marketing behind the Fête des Vignerons 2019: brand positioning, storytelling, ticketing strategies, digital communication, and the challenge of turning cultural heritage into a time-bound mass experience.
